Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: $50 non-refundable booking fee with remaining balance to be paid by client before delivery of final photos Pay by Cash, Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Online or in-person payment options. Photo Delivery: Delivered in 3-5 business days via Google Drive link to nominated email address No direct uploads to third-party sites by photographer. Image Format, Quality & Review: JPEG format (or standard digital) at suitable resolution for marketing. Client has 5 business days to review and report issues in writing. Photographer will reasonably replace/correct unsuitable photos. Photographer will not be liable for client-side reproduction issues or review delays. On-Site Operations: Client ensures property is photo-ready (clean, decluttered). Photographer doesn't stage (unless client has paid for property staging service), clean, or move items. $50 AUD non-refundable fee if access to property is denied; rescheduling incurs a new booking fee. Photographer may postpone/reschedule for bad weather/hazards. Client can reschedule due to weather / hazard (1hr+ notice) without penalty. Client accepts risk if proceeding in poor conditions; return trips may cost extra. Photographer can terminate shoot if unsafe; $50 AUD non-refundable fee applies. Image Selection & Special Requests: Client can request specific shots but must arrange access. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds: No penalty for greater than 24hrs notice for cancellation/reschedule. $50 non-refundable fee for less than 24hrs notice or when the photographer is on-site and unable to access the property Service payments are non-refundable; future credits are discretionary. Acceptance of Terms: Booking services signifies the Client has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.
